Do you want to become a Dutch citizen? Do you need to renounce your Russian nationality and to provide an official certificate of renunciation of your Russian nationality to the Dutch Immigration Service (IND)? In this case you will need to start the nationality renunciation procedure with the Russian Consulate in the Netherlands. Once your request is approved, you will receive an official certificate of renunciation of the Russian nationality.
